All transcript requests by former students must be made using a transcript request form. From the Home page, simply click the Forms tab under News and Events. On the right hand side, choose the section, Guidance. Then you may download the transcript request form. There is a $3.00 charge for transcripts.  You may pay by money order or cashier's check made payable to Geneva High School.  NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
